Tutoring Policy

These policies apply to all one-on-one tutoring sessions booked with NCLEX High Yield.

Using your hours

• Tutoring hours must be used during your program, or within 30 days of purchase, whichever applies.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, the tutoring hour is forfeited.
• Each student may reschedule once. Any further reschedule forfeits the tutoring hour.

Late arrival

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the tutoring hour is forfeited.
• Sessions end at the scheduled time and are not extended for late arrival.

Before your session

• You are responsible for confirming the correct time zone and making sure your internet, device, audio and video are working before the session.

Refunds

• All tutoring purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
