Tutoring Policy
- All tutoring hours must be used during your program or within 30 days of purchase, as applicable.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the tutoring hour is forfeited.
- Each student is allowed one reschedule. Any additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the tutoring hour.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and the tutoring hour is forfeited.
- Sessions end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended due to late arrival.
- Students are responsible for confirming the correct time zone and ensuring their internet, device, audio, video, and connection are working before the session.
- All tutoring purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
