Tutoring Policy: Use all tutoring hours during your program or within 30 days, as applicable. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or the hour is forfeited. More than 15 minutes late is a no-show and the hour is forfeited. Sessions end at the scheduled time and are not extended for late arrival. Students must confirm the correct time zone and resolve internet, device, audio, video, and connection issues before the session. Tutoring purchases are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed per student; any additional reschedule forfeits the tutoring hour.
